AKID worked hand in hand with the client and general contractor to execute the gut renovation of this diamond in the rough. Years of neglect had left the apartment dingy, dark and uninhabitable. Our goal was to create a bright, inviting interior that would stand the test of time, stand out in a competitive renters market and appeal to a wide array of tastes. We chose a light, monochromatic palette, classic details & fixtures and focused on adding a touch of luxury throughout to make the project truly special.
